Food, Passion & dreams

Ever since i was a kid, i have always got a great love and passion for food & culinary and catching up with cooking variety shows were never a miss for. When i was at high school, i'm always looking forward onto the hit of the bell and rushed right back home to tune into the TV and non-stop switching onto culinary related programs one after another. It goes on and on and thats how i became a couch-potato. At the age of 16 i have got myself into a culinary institute where i could fulfill my passion for cooking and my dream of being a great chef. Cooking has always been a major part of my life and i could spent two third of my day planning a dish and getting my hands on with it. And if i were to choose between to cook, to taste or to feel for food; i would say it all comes in a package and thats what i believe in. Going to the heaven after death would never be my first choice when food has to come in. Hence, i inspired to be a F&B journalist as well, just imagine how wonder it is to use the power of words to trigger the reader's taste buds where i could put them onto a life long food hunting journey.
